In the production of floor deck machines, zinc coating peeling on metal embossing rollers and machine overheating are frequent issues that directly affect product quality and production efficiency. Without lubrication, the dry friction between embossing rollers and galvanized sheets intensifies, which easily causes scratches and subsequent zinc coating peeling. This reduces the floor deck's corrosion resistance, leading to rust and even scrapping. Meanwhile, the heat generated by the machine's high-speed operation cannot dissipate, resulting in roller deformation, bearing wear, and unplanned shutdowns for maintenance.

At the same time, the brake device can stably maintain the pressure and roller speed during embossing, avoiding uneven embossing depth caused by coil sliding, ensuring uniform embossing depth and clear patterns, while balancing production efficiency and product aesthetics.

3.47mm Thick Metal Molding Frame Ensures Firm Shaft Fixation & Stable High-Speed Operation

The metal molding frame is the core support for the stable operation of the floor deck machine, and our equipment has significant advantages in the design of this component. With a thickness of 47mm, it boasts stronger structural rigidity and can firmly lock the shaft even when the equipment is running at high speed. To address the common shaft loosening issue in traditional equipment, we innovatively slot the shaft and embed two nuts and a cushion: the nuts enhance the fixing force, while the cushion absorbs operational vibrations. This combined design fundamentally eliminates the risk of shaft deviation and loosening during machine operation, and even achieves the effect of "becoming firmer as it runs".
