The cut to length machine, as the core equipment in the metal sheet processing field, is an intelligent production line integrating multiple functions such as uncoiling, leveling, fixed-length shearing, and stacking. Its main structure includes a stable decoiler responsible for smoothly unfolding metal coils; a high-precision leveler that repeatedly rolls the sheet through multiple sets of precision rollers to effectively eliminate deformations like waves and bends, ensuring sheet flatness; a powerful shearing machine that uses sharp and durable blades to apply huge shearing force in an instant, cutting the sheet as required; an accurate feeding device that transports the sheet to the stacking machine at extremely high speed and precision according to preset programs; and an intelligent stacker that orderly stacks the sheared sheets neatly.

1.Hydraulic Decoiler with the car:

3.leveling device:
Function: to level the coil material
(1)There are11 leveling rollers, 5 arranged at the top and 6 arranged at the bottom (with a feeding shaft), and the roller diameter ф 90, effective roll surface width 1050mm, material 40Cr, high-frequency quenching, hard chromium plating on the surface.

4.Cutting device:
Function：Shear the sheet into fixed-length pieces while the sheet material runs continuously.

5. Conveyor:
Function: Transport the sheared sheet materials to the receiving device. As the length of the sheared sheets varies, the speed of the conveying table can be adjusted according to the real-time shearing conditions.
(1)Conveying belt: Equipped with a high-tensile fiber conveyor belt, which is anti-slip and wear-resistant.
(2)Power system: Driven by a 2.2kW speed-regulating motor with a reduction gearbox, synchronized with the production line speed.
(3)Mechanical structure: Welded and assembled with steel plates and square pipes.
