Check before starting：

Start：

1. Before the equipment is started: send a signal to warn the personnel in each position that the equipment will be started.

2.After confirming that there is no error, turn on the machine and press the green start button to run dry first, and then confirm whether there is any abnormality in the condition of the equipment.

3.Run dry for 10 minutes, check whether all parts of the oil circuit are normal, check step by step whether the movement of each oil cylinder is normal, check whether each oil pipe joint is leaking, check whether the oil level of each reducer and distribution box is normal, check whether each mechanical transmission (transportation) Check whether there are abnormalities and noises in the moving parts.

4.Confirm that there is no problem and transfer to the job status.

Embossing：

1.Put the plate into the feed port.

2.Push the plate into the feeding nip roller and feed it in (press the forward rotation button).

Safety protection:

1. Before starting the machine, it is necessary to carefully check whether the protection, insurance, and signal devices on the machine are safe and reliable.

2. Hands should not be too close to more than 30 cm when feeding.

3.Turn on the forward rotation button at the same time as the host power supply and the leveling machine. The speed of the leveling machine is slightly faster than that of the embossing machine (for example, the speed of the embossing machine is 20.00, and the speed of the leveling machine is 23.00-24.00).

4.The gap between the two rollers of the thin plate and the thick plate is different. When adjusting the gap, the machine must be stopped and no plate enters between the two rollers before the pressure can be adjusted.

7.It is strictly forbidden to maintain, scrub and oil the various mechanisms when the equipment is running, and it is forbidden to pass or take tools and other items through the transmission part of the machine.

8.When two or more people operate the machine at the same time, one person must be responsible for safety and unified command.

9.During the operation of the production line, if any abnormal phenomena such as abnormal sound and impact are found, it should be shut down for maintenance immediately.

10.It is not allowed to leave the working position when the machine is running. If you want to leave for some reason, you must stop the operation and cut off the power supply.

11.Strictly implement the maintenance confirmation system and the listing system for maintenance, and it is necessary to confirm that the power supply has been cut off during maintenance. Carry out spot inspection of equipment in strict accordance with regulations.

12.The operation site must be kept clean, and the oil and sewage shall not flow on the ground.

1. Clean the rust and deposits on the surface of each pinch roller and embossing roller, and keep the roller body clean.

2.Check the condition of the blade and remove the accumulated chips adhering to the blade.

3.Clean the machine volume debris, keep the condition and lubrication of the sliding surface of the bearing seat and the archway.

4.Check whether each switch is in the stop position.

5.Do a good job of cleaning the site and turn off the power.
