There is no requirement to replace core equipment when manufacturing perforated accessories, making it suitable for processing different PV module components such as frames and brackets. It effectively supports quick switching between multi-category orders.

2. Innovative Oil-Coating Design for Dual Protection of Materials and Precision

An exclusive oil-coating grip device is installed at the feeding port. It uniformly applies a protective oil film during material conveyance, preventing zinc layer peeling caused by roller friction. This design not only avoids material rusting and ensures the corrosion resistance of PV accessories for long-term outdoor use but also eliminates roller jamming issues triggered by zinc layer peeling. Peeling of the zinc layer leads to uneven material thickness, which in turn causes deviations in forming dimensions.
