Product Description:

Hydraulic decoiler is used to support coil and doing uncoiling automatically.Loading car can loading coil and put it on the decoiler automatically.It adopts a hydraulic cylinder to make the decoiler expandable and fix to inner dameter of coils.

 Performance characteristics:

1.Four-arm support structure:

We adopts an innovative four-arm support system, through multi-point balanced stress design, the stress distribution is achieved during the rolling material expansion process. Compared with traditional structures, this design can effectively avoid creases or mechanical damage on the surface of the coil, significantly improve the surface quality of the material, and is especially suitable for processing materials such as aluminum foil and thin steel plates that require high surface integrity.


2.Dovetail adaptive tightening mechanism:

The unique dovetail structure tightening system has excellent dimensional adaptability, can dynamically adjust the tightening force, and accurately match steel coils with different inner diameter specifications. Through the wedge-shaped self-locking principle, the system can maintain a constant tightening force under each size, ensuring that the steel coil is always in a stable state during the uncoiling process, effectively avoiding material deviation or looseness caused by fluctuations in the tightening force.


3.Pneumatic pressing anti-tube device:

In response to the unwinding requirements of thick and specification materials, a high-efficiency pneumatic pressing system is equipped. The coiling status is monitored in real time through the pressure sensor. When it is detected that the steel coil has a tendency to open due to its own weight or inertia, the system automatically starts the pressing mechanism to fit the coil surface with constant pressure to ensure that the material remains flat and orderly during the uncoiling process, greatly improving the applicability of the equipment in thick plate processing scenarios.


4.U-shaped notch unloading design:

 A dual U-shaped notch structure is innovatively installed on the circular plate material barrier device of the unwinding machine, cleverly solving the problem of lifting belt disassembly. Operators can easily complete unloading operations by simply embedding the lifting belt into the notch without additional tool assistance, significantly improving unloading efficiency while reducing safety risks in lifting operations.


5.Pneumatic cushioning braking system:

 It equipped with high-precision pneumatic brake device, which achieves smooth braking through damping and cushioning technology. Compared with the traditional inertial parking method, the system can effectively absorb the operating inertia of the unwinder, reduce the impact force by more than 80%, avoid mechanical damage to core components such as reducers and motors, extend the service life of the equipment, and improve operational safety and stability.


6.Both-way adjustable material barrier mechanism:

Standardized material barrier installation positions are reserved on both sides of the unwinder, supporting left/right two-way switching. Users can quickly adjust the position of the material barrier device according to actual processing needs, flexibly adapt to different production line layouts, greatly improving equipment versatility and production flexibility.
