Manual Quick Type Switching: It supports manual switching between C-shaped and Z-shaped steel purlin production. No complex equipment disassembly is required; simple adjustments can complete the type switching, realizing the production conversion "from C-type to Z-type" in a short time and meeting the needs of diversified orders.

4. Precise Cutting Device: Blade-Free Replacement + Low Error for Easier Maintenance

Stepless Cutting with No Blade Replacement: Stepless cutting technology is adopted. When cutting C/Z steel purlins of different sizes, there is no need to replace new blades; only manual fine-tuning of the cutter parameters is required. This saves the time for blade disassembly and replacement and reduces the cost of blade consumables.

Cr12MoV Quenched Blades: The cutting blades are made of Cr12MoV special steel and undergo professional quenching treatment, resulting in higher hardness and stronger toughness. They can maintain sharpness during long-term cutting and easily cut even thick steel plates, reducing blade wear.

High-Precision Measurement Within 1mm: An automatic encoder is equipped for real-time length measurement, and the cutting error is strictly controlled within 1 millimeter. This ensures that the length of each steel purlin is accurate and uniform, fully meeting the high-precision requirements of construction.

Remote Data Synchronization and Monitoring: Key data during the production process (such as output, forming speed, cutting precision, and equipment fault early warning) can be transmitted to laptops, mobile phones, and other devices in real time remotely.
