Product Description:

The Heavy-Duty 350 C/Z Purlin Roll Forming Machine features "dual-function in one machine". It can switch between C-purlin and Z-purlin processing without replacing core components, reducing equipment costs and floor space, and is suitable for production needs of different scales,and it’s speed can reach 30m/min.

Equipped with a PLC electronic control system, the machine allows automatic adjustment of roll spacing and forming path by inputting parameters on the touch screen. The error is within ±0.5mm, and specification switching takes only 5-8 minutes, enabling efficient handling of multi-batch orders.

Integrated with a synchronous hole-punching function, it automatically and accurately punches bolt holes and connection holes during the forming process. This eliminates the need for subsequent separate processing, improves efficiency, and is applicable to scenarios such as steel structure workshops, storage racks, and solar brackets.

1. Feeding Device: Stable Feeding + Precise Leveling, Ensuring Processing Quality from the Source

The material inlet adopts a combined structure of feeding guide shaft + guide wheel, which can perform bidirectional positioning of the coil material to avoid deviation and wrinkling during the feeding process. Even when processing raw materials with a thickness of 3.5mm, it can maintain stable feeding. It is equipped with leveling rollers arranged in a "3 upper + 4 lower" layout. Through the coordinated rolling of multiple sets of rollers, the bending stress of the coil material can be quickly eliminated, ensuring the flatness of the raw material meets the requirements of high-precision processing.

At the same time, it is equipped with two dedicated guide wires. The guide wires are made of full solid core material, undergoing quenching and tempering heat treatment (to improve hardness and toughness), precision machining (to ensure dimensional accuracy), and then electroplating treatment (to enhance rust and wear resistance), so they are not easy to deform or rust after long-term use. Both the width adjustment and leveling roller adjustment are controlled by servo motors, featuring fast response speed and an adjustment error of ≤0.1mm. No repeated manual calibration is required, greatly reducing operation difficulty and time cost.

2. 23 Sets of High-Wear-Resistant Rollers: Multi-Dimensional Guarantee of Forming Precision

The machine is equipped with 23 sets of rollers, covering the entire process of purlin forming. Among them, one set is a web height forming roller group, which supports arbitrary angle adjustment from 87° to 95°. It can flexibly adapt to the processing needs of C/Z purlins with different web height specifications without the need for additional customized rollers.

The rollers are made of D2 steel, which has high hardness (HRC 58-62) and excellent wear resistance, and is not prone to wear and deformation even when processing thick materials for a long time. Structurally, they are divided into base belt rollers, side rollers and forming rollers: the base belt rollers are responsible for stably supporting the raw materials, the side rollers precisely control the side dimensions of the purlins, and the forming rollers complete the final section forming of the purlins. The triple coordination ensures a forming error of ≤0.5mm. In addition, the machine is also equipped with an anti-concave arc roller device, which can apply uniform supporting force to the purlin surface during the forming process, effectively avoiding local depression caused by uneven material thickness or excessive pressure, and ensuring the appearance and structural strength of the finished product.

3. Independent Gearbox Transmission: High Efficiency, Low Noise and Strong Durability

The transmission system adopts an independent gearbox structure. Compared with traditional belt transmission, it has more direct power transmission and less loss, which can provide strong and stable power output for the machine. Even when processing high-strength steel with a thickness of 3.5mm, it can maintain smooth operation without jamming or insufficient power.

When the machine is working, the operating noise of the gearbox is ≤75dB, which meets the workshop environmental noise standards and improves the working environment of operators. At the same time, the internal gears of the gearbox undergo precision grinding and heat treatment, and are matched with a high-quality lubrication system. Not only is the operating speed 15%-20% faster than that of ordinary transmission structures, but it also reduces component wear, extends the service life of the machine, and lowers the frequency and cost of later maintenance.

4. C/Z Switching Mode: 180° Quick Switching, Adapting to Multi-Specification Production

The machine is equipped with 12 sets of C/Z exchange modules, adopting a modular design. The switching between C-purlin and Z-purlin processing modes can be completed by 180° rotation. The entire process does not require disassembly or replacement of core components, and can be completed in only 3-5 minutes, greatly shortening the specification switching time and easily meeting the needs of multi-batch and multi-specification orders.

At the same time, the module replacement can be used with linear guides. The guides have high positioning accuracy, which can ensure the precise installation position of the exchange modules and avoid forming errors caused by module deviation. The 12 sets of modules can also meet the processing of C/Z purlins with different cross-sectional dimensions, reducing the investment in later module supplementation and improving the overall cost-effectiveness of the machine.

5. Stepless Cutting Shearing Device: Manual Adjustment, Flexible Adaptation

The shearing device adopts stepless cutting technology. Compared with traditional fixed-size cutting, it can manually and precisely adjust the cutting width and height according to actual processing needs through the marked "Number 2" (width adjustment knob) and "Number 3" (height adjustment knob) on the machine. The adjustment range covers mainstream C/Z purlin specifications, and no cutting die replacement is required, resulting in stronger adaptability.

The manual adjustment design is easy to operate, allowing operators to quickly get started without professional training. The adjustment accuracy can reach ±0.3mm, ensuring that the length and cross-sectional dimensions of the cut purlins meet the installation requirements, reducing waste generation and improving raw material utilization.

6. Pressure Bars and Straight Bars: Multiple Support, Ensuring Forming Stability

The machine is equipped with a combined structure of 1 set of pressure bar + 2 sets of straight bars, which plays a key supporting role in the purlin forming and conveying process: the pressure bar can apply uniform pressure to the top of the purlin being formed to prevent it from warping upward due to its own stress; the two straight bars respectively position and guide the purlin from both sides to avoid left-right deviation during conveying. The three work together to ensure that the purlin maintains a stable posture throughout the processing process, further improving the forming precision and the straightness of the finished product.

7. C/Z Dual-Use Straightening Units: One Machine for Two Purlins, Reducing Equipment Investment

It is equipped with 4 sets of C/Z dual-use straightening units, adopting a universal design. It can meet the straightening needs of both C-purlins and Z-purlins without replacing straightening components. Compared with configuring a separate C-purlin straightening machine and Z-purlin straightening machine, it greatly reduces equipment purchase costs and workshop floor space.

Through precise pressure adjustment of multiple sets of rollers, the straightening units can effectively correct minor bending, torsion and other defects of the purlin after processing, making the straightness error of the finished product ≤1mm/m, which meets the strict precision requirements of steel structure installation.
