1. Hydraulic decoiler:
1).The oil pump of this hydraulic uncoiler adopts an ultra-compact design and is cleverly hung on the machine body, without occupying additional ground space, which can significantly reduce the overall floor area of the equipment. For production scenarios with limited factory space, this compact layout can effectively improve the utilization rate of the site and make the limited space more reasonably planned.
2).Its running speed is excellent, which can accurately synchronize with the working rhythm of the forming machine, and the raw material conveying is efficient and continuous. This feature directly eliminates the need for storage devices in the intermediate link, which not only reduces the equipment investment cost but also simplifies the production process, making the production of villa keels smoother and more efficient.
2.Feeding and Leveling device：
1).The feeding section is equipped with precision guide wheel sets and guide shafts, forming a dual positioning system. Through micron-level trajectory calibration technology, it ensures zero deviation of materials entering the processing channel, avoiding precision loss caused by deviation from the source.
2).The levelling mechanism adopts a 2+3 group staggered wheel system layout, combined with dynamic pressure feedback algorithms. It implements adaptive levelling according to differences in material stress distribution, which can control the flatness error within 0.1mm/m, achieving ultra-precise levelling effect.
3).The feeding width adjustment is integrated with a PLC intelligent electronic control system. After inputting parameters through the touch screen, the servo drive module can complete millimeter-level width switching within 0.5 seconds, realizing unmanned specification conversion and adapting to the flexible production needs of multiple varieties.
3.Punching:
The punching section is driven by a servo motor, which has the significant advantages of high speed and high precision. This advanced servo drive system can realize rapid punching actions, seamlessly integrating with the overall production rhythm. More importantly, its stamping accuracy can be controlled within ±1mm, ensuring extremely high positioning accuracy for each hole. 4. Roll Forming System:
1).The hydraulic station is equipped with an air-cooling device, which can timely dissipate the heat generated during the operation of the system to avoid excessive temperature. 2).The forming speed can reach 35m/min. This high-speed performance can keep up with the overall production rhythm, greatly increasing the output of keels, meeting the needs of large-scale production, and ensuring efficient and uninterrupted production.
3).The roller is made of Dr2 material, which has high hardness after polishing and electroplating. 4).There is a green button on the side of the machine. When the size needs to be fine-tuned, operators can easily use it for precise adjustment. 5.Hydraulic Cutting
1).It can automatically change blades according to different sizes of materials. There is no need for manual blade replacement, which eliminates tedious operation steps.
