The Cangzhou Zhongtuo Roller Shutter Slat roll forming machine is designed to produce roller shutter slats, PU slats (fire curtains), and venetian blinds for various applications, including garage doors, commercial counter shutters, fire doors, industrial settings, public offices, kiosks, pavilions, and windows. It can process materials such as galvanized steel, stainless steel (304 and 316), aluminum, accommodating thicknesses from Gauge 16 to Gauge 24, commonly used in the U.S., or from 0.6 to 1.5mm for the international market.
Popular profiles produced include flat slats, curved slats, perforated slats, 55 foam slats, 77 foam slats, 90 foam slats, and C50, C80, and Z90 venetian blinds.
